GSL-1700X-III is a CE certified high-temperature tube furnace with three temperature zones. The outer diameter of the furnace tube is 60mm, and the length of each heating zone is 12 inches. Three digital temperature controllers can independently control the temperature and set 30 temperature rise and fall programs. Temperature zone 1 (center of heating zone) is heated with Super-1800 grade silicon molybdenum rods. When the temperature reaches 1700 ° C, the other two temperature zones are heated with silicon carbon rods. When the temperature is 1400 ° C, this tube furnace can form a temperature gradient, adjust the temperature of the three temperature zones, and prepare functional materials under the thermal gradient.
